Gary Neville has given his employees the choice of whether to work from home after the Government announced new Covid-19 restrictions this week.

The former Manchester United and England star said the decision "must be an individual choice" and that he trusts his staff "implicitly".

In a message to his employees, he added that "at no point" must they feel pressured to come into work or stay at home.
