Members of the city region's business community came together for our annual Greater Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards 2021.

Edgbaston stadium in Birmingham played host to the event with former BBC broadcaster Satnam Rana-Grindley leading the proceedings.

A total of 13 different awards handed out, including to Ahmad Ford from HydraForce Hydraulics who was crowned our Engineering and Manufacturing Apprentice and overall Apprentice of the Year while his company took home the Large Employer of the Year category.

Education group Aspire was also a double winner in the Training Provider and Education Engagement categories.
