A business awards which celebrates the next generation of talent in Greater Birmingham has opened for entries.

Future Faces will celebrate 13 different categories at the ceremony in August, including a new one for health and wellbeing, before crowning the overall winner for 2022.

There will also be a new president's award and the ambassador prize which is given to a member of Future Faces.

The event is organised by the young professionals' arm of Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (see full category list below).

The awards, which were held online last year, are open to people aged 35 and under working in the city region and will also mark the tenth anniversary since the business group was launched.

Future Faces manager Jodie-Lee Perks said: "After two years of virtual awards ceremonies, we are delighted that 2022's annual dinner will be in person and bigger than ever.

"It's been a hard two years so it really is time to celebrate the successes of young professionals whose career paths have been affected by lockdowns."
