The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has named Michael Mainelli, former Lord Mayor of the City of London, as its new president. Mainelli served in the prestigious role from 2023 to 2024 and currently presides over the Z/Yen think tank, which he established in 1994.
The ex-Lord Mayor boasts a distinguished career, with key positions formerly held at BDO Binder Hamlyn, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Ministry of Defence, as reported by .
In addition to his honorary position at Middle Temple and directorship at the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, Mainelli continues to represent the Broad Street Ward as an alderman.
