Poland-born Martyna Fryszkowska has set-up a meal-prep business after putting on weight when she moved to the 海角视频.
The 27-year-old was inspired to launch Clean Food Kitchen, in Stoke-on-Trent, after she found herself over-indulging on fast food when she relocated from Poland seven years ago.
Ex-bodybuilder Martyna - who is also a former forklift truck driver - now providers customers from across North Staffordshire with a selection of healthy and nutritious meals which are delivered directly to their front doors.
Martyna said: "When I came to the 海角视频 seven years ago I started to get chubby because I was fascinated by all the fast food, but one day I just decided that it needed to stop.
"I knew nothing about healthy eating or exercise, but I started to go the gym and just eat better. I did it all on my own.
"I competed in a body-building competition but I eventually fell out of love with it, which meant I had to focus more on my healthy eating.
"I came up with the idea of launching this business to give myself a better life here."
From her base in Jordan Street, Hanley, Martyna prepares a selection of healthy meal options - for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks - which meet all dietary requirements.

Meals include roasted chicken with blue cheese and dill potatoes, curry chicken thighs with basmati rice and salad and kiwi and chia cheesecake.
Every day, the meals are freshly prepared and delivered to customers' doors before they set off for work.
Martyna said: "There are a lot of meal prep businesses out there and they are usually targeted at people who go to the gym, serving things like chicken and vegetables, but what we do is completely different.
"Our customers are people who just want to eat healthy but are too busy to prepare the meals themselves or even people who have social anxiety.
"They choose the amount of calories they want to consume each day, we come up with a menu to suit them and then we prepare everything from scratch, using fresh ingredients, and deliver to their doors every morning before they go to work.
"We want people to experience different flavours and textures. We are taking food preparation to the next level.
"The big dream is to open a big factory somewhere one day and get everyone eating the Clean Food Kitchen way."
