A family-run Manchester air conditioning and refrigeration firm has merged with a national property and facilities management group.

The Jordon Group was founded in 1965 as E Jordon Refrigeration and today employs 120 with revenues of £40m. Under the leadership of MD Paul Jordon it works with clients in the fuel station, hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors including Euro Garages, Motor Fuel Group and Center Parcs.

Now it has joined the Bellrock Group, which was founded in 2003 and has become a £230m company with 1,600 staff working in areas from technology to critical engineering and consulting. Clients include NHS trusts, universities and brands such as Costa, Pizza Express and Marks & Spencer.

The Jordon Group will join Bellrock’s workplace services business under the leadership of managing director Nicky Denny.

Carlo Alloni, Bellrock Group CEO, said: “I’m delighted to welcome the Jordon Group team to Bellrock Group in the latest in our continued investments in technical capabilities and technology that fuel our growth.

“This merger represents a powerful alignment of our values and strengths. By combining Bellrock’s expertise in property services and technology with The Jordon Group’s deep knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration and retail fit-out, we are positioning ourselves to deliver even greater value to our clients through our critical engineering offering.

“Together, we will continue to challenge industry norms and provide innovative, tech-driven solutions that empower our clients to make strategic, data-backed decisions.”

Paul Jordon, managing director of The Jordon Group, said: “I’m extremely proud of my team and the growth we have achieved to become the respected business we are today. Their hard work has led us to this next exciting chapter where we join a £230m multi-disciplinary organisation and unlock the opportunities that come with that for our clients and people.
