An Exeter company has been named the best automotive business to work for in the 海角视频. The vehicle leasing firm was awarded the accolade by workplace engagement organisation Best Companies.
Carparison Leasing also ranked 17th best company to work for in the South West across all industries and was 34th best company overall to work for in Britain.
Best Companies compiles its winners list by surveying a firm's staff on day-to-day satisfaction at work, development opportunities and relationships with line and senior managers.

Carparison was recognised for its appointment of a dedicated learning and development coordinator earlier this year and was also commended on its use of a "unique" new-starter questionnaire that includes questions such as preferred afternoon snack and favourite car.
"As well as providing conversation starters over that first cup of morning coffee, the scheme ensures new employees feel a sense of inclusion and value," a spokesperson for Carparison said.
The company's general manager, Matt Woodward, said the achievement was "by far his proudest" to date.
"To accomplish such levels of success is a testament to the culture we have created across the business," he said. “We've always placed a huge emphasis on championing development within the team and valuing the thoughts and ideas of the people that make this the business it is day in, day out."
