The coronavirus crisis has hit businesses hard as they battle with closed factories and shops, home working and furloughed staff.

The economy of Birmingham and the West Midlands has been particularly vulnerable because of its strong automotive and business tourism sectors, with several studies suggesting it could be one of the worst affected areas in the whole º£½ÇÊÓÆµ.
