GS Verde has reported strong merger and acquisition activity advising on more than 30 corporate transactions so far in 2022, at an aggregate value of over £300m, with a "significant and robust" pipeline established for the remainder of the year and into 2023.

Earlier this year, the group announced that it had more than doubled its office presence in Bristol following a similar expansion of its Cardiff headquarters.

Having previously been based at Buchanans Wharf in the city, it employs 30 at its new Bristol office. The group as a whole currently employs almost 70.

The new offices at Generator Building at Finzels Reach will support the increased staff count across the businesses’ multiple disciplines.
