Cookology has already placed new orders with manufacturing partners, while integration of stock and operations into Cookology’s systems is under way.
Iceking, which is a 30-year-old brand, will continue to operate under its existing name while Duncan Williams, who has worked with Iceking for more than 13 years, has joined as head of trade sales.
Andrew Wright, managing director at Cookology, said: “Iceking is a trusted and recognised name in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ appliance market, and we’re delighted to bring it under the Cookology umbrella.
"Our priority is to reassure trade partners that it’s business as usual, and that we’re committed to breathing new life and growth into the Iceking brand.
"We’ve built strong relationships with the factories that have supported Iceking for many years, and we’ll continue to invest in the brand to strengthen its position in the independent retail channel.”
