A South Wales firm has joined forces with leading infrastructure firm Softcat to add Microsoft Teams Voice Services to their portfolio.
Cwmbran-based Conversant Technology is the fastest-growing provider of voice services and voice applications working natively with Microsoft Teams. Established in 2015 as a SaaS platform provider, its speciality is in providing truly integrated UC solutions to clients and partners.
Conversant benefited from a £500,000 joint loan and equity package from the Development Bank of Wales and Tata Steel subsidiary, 海角视频 Steel Enterprise, in 2018.
Patrick Copping, managing director at Conversant Technology, said: “Our proposition is very powerful and complete, offering a one-stop shop for customers to accelerate their Unified Communications strategies through MS Teams.

Softcat, a FTSE 250 company, provides organisations with workplace, datacentre, networking, and security solutions, combined with all the services required to design, deliver, and support these on premise or in the Cloud.
