Bristol-based chamber of commerce Business West has been named among the best business services companies to work for in the 海角视频.
The not-for-profit organisation, which offers support to start-ups and growing businesses in the West of England, placed 15th on a list of 20 firms published by employee engagement specialists Best Companies.
Based on an anonymous poll capturing the views of staff at more than a thousand companies nationwide, the annual survey ranks employers on a variety of factors that shape their employees’ experience, from pensions to equal opportunities.

Business West, which employs 200 staff and works with 20,000 businesses across the region, was commended by the judging panel for prioritising its workers’ mental health and wellbeing throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
The organisation also provided its employees with a working from home allowance and perks such as a one-off Friday night takeaway bonus.
In addition to the accolade, Business West has also obtained B-corp status, an internationally recognised certification that is awarded to select companies demonstrating high moral, ethical and environmental standards.

Other business services groups to make the Best Companies list were concierge and front of house services company Rapport Guest Services, corporate travel platform Click Travel and telecommunications provider Moneypenny.
