A Bristol advertising agency has made changes within its strategy operations team.

McCann Bristol has made a senior promotion and appointed two new team members, including a strategist and strategy director.

The agency said that the strategy team are "integral" to its creative services offering. The team facilitates both working and client relationships.

McCann Bristol has promoted Sarah Warewinter from associate director to managing partner. Ms Warewinter joined the team in October 2022 and has since supported the agency's growth.

Additionally, Matthieu Mondin has joined the team as strategy director from Paris firm Tessi where he worked as a shopper and retail strategist and, most recently, as a CRM and digital strategist. Mr Mondin will work alongside Ms Warewinter to develop the strategy department at McCann.

Meanwhile, Beth Evans has been appointed as strategist at the creative agency.
