Birmingham Post hosts celebration dinner for business awards winners

Guests, sponsors and Post staff headed to city centre restaurant Fazenda following September awards at ICC which showcased the very best businesses and organisations

Guests attend the Birmingham Post Business Awards dinner for winners and sponsors at Fazenda

A celebration dinner was held to recognise the winners of the Birmingham Post Business Awards 2019.

Our event partner Fazenda, the city centre rodizio restaurant which opened at 55 Colmore Row last year, hosted the event and welcomed winners and sponsors from a host of different categories (see gallery below).

The 2019 business awards were held at the ICC in September and once again showcased the very best of the city region's small and large businesses and organisations.

Birmingham Post editor-in-chief Marc Reeves welcomed guests to Fazenda before chatting to Aston Manor Cider about how its work on sustainability saw it recognised as Green Business of the Year and our overall Company of the Year.

The company, which exports to more than 20 countries, wowed judges with its investment and innovation to make its plant in Aston as sustainable an operation as possible.

Guests also heard from Tomas Maunier who co-founded Fazenda in 2010 in Leeds and which has now grown to five sites across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ.

The 2019 awards were also sponsored by Barclays, Birmingham Airport, BMet, HSBC º£½ÇÊÓƵ, ICC Birmingham, Jaguar Land Rover, Openreach, Park Regis, PwC and Table Art.
