A professional cleaning company which expanded its services during the pandemic has tripled its client base.

Newcastle-under-Lyme-based Best Kept Cleaning Services underwent a rebrand and adapted to provide full commercial cleaning in July last year after owner Geri Carey identified a high demand within the sector.

Since then, schools, office spaces, retail and call centres from across North Staffordshire and Cheshire have been welcomed to the Best Kept Cleaning Services portfolio along with property maintenance, including student accommodation.

Mum-of-two Geri, who also runs domestic cleaning business Well Polished Stoke-on-Trent, said: “I started to receive more and more inquiries and decided it was time to adapt and change what we had previously offered – which had been mainly just carpet cleaning.

“We have since tripled our client base and we are now working with local schools and businesses to provide cleaning services in offices, schools, call centres, property maintenance and student accommodation. Now, as more and more offices and places will be looking to welcome back staff and members of the public in the coming months, we will be able to help them in ensuring confidence via the various services we provide.”

The 40-year-old added: “We will provide a consultation to find out what the needs are and what works best for them. With any new client we will take a look at existing processes and help to create an ongoing training package which is bespoke to a business needs.

“Our services are fully tailored and whether it’s going on to a site after a building project has been completed and cleaning up there, providing a daily office clean, or even a regular touch clean in public spaces – we can cater for all.”
