A growing assisted living firm has relocated to a business hub in Derby created in a former Rolls-Royce factory.

Locally We Do has taken space at Marble Hall, a managed offices scheme run by Connect Derby, created inside Rolls-Royce’s old Nightingale Road site.

The company helps vulnerable people, such as the elderly and disabled, live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

And it has experienced growth over the past few months due to increasing demand for its assisted living services since the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is now actively looking to establish a franchise network and take on fresh team members.

According to managing director, Damian Doras, the new office premises is key to its continued expansion.

He said: “Our new office is more than three times the size of the previous one.

“It comes with a kitchenette and access to a set of dedicated conference rooms, which will enable us to conduct team meetings and interviews, as well as carrying out inductions for new staff and ongoing training for existing employees.”
