A Cardiff-based asbestos consultancy is targeting increasing revenues to 拢2m on the back of an investment by Tata Steel subsidiary 海角视频SE.

Enquin Environmental is also creating seven new jobs following a fast track 拢50,000 loan from 海角视频SE. The firm has been operating for 22 years and with a 海角视频 purpose-built laboratory has accreditation from the 海角视频 Accreditation Service.

The business is targeting annual revenues hitting 拢2m, currently projected at 拢1.6m for this year, in three years鈥 time.

Enquin, which employs 31, works with private and commercial clients, helping schools, universities, hotel chains, retailers and others to deal safely with dangers posed by asbestos.

Mr Jones began his association with the firm on a student placement from university in 2004, and other than a two year break working for a licensed asbestos removal contractor, has stayed ever since. In 2021 he was part of a management acquisition of the company.
