A Northern Ireland software company is creating 15 new jobs across both its Belfast and Enniskillen office as part of growth across international markets.

Anaeko said it is targeting new public sector clients in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ and technology companies in the US for its cloud integration services which focus on data optimisation and analytics.

It is looking for developers, testers, big management and technical pre-sales personnel in an investment worth over £1.5 million and which will pay average salaries of over £45,000 a year.

Invest NI has offered Anaeko £97,500 of support towards the creation of the 15 jobs and market development activities.

“We’re also carrying out business development activities in the US and Canada with assistance from the Department for International Trade and Invest Northern Ireland’s in-market teams and we have a number of opportunities in the pipeline,” Denis Murphy, Chairman and CEO of Anaeko, said. “Our new team will help us to deliver on these and secure new contracts by developing our services further for international markets and sectors.”

Anaeko is the lead organisation in the Smart City Network, one of Invest NI’s Collaborative Growth Programmes. The network brings together Northern Ireland SMEs that specialise in Smart Cities-related technologies to identify future opportunities for growth and innovation in areas such as Smart Health, Data Analytics, Smart Energy and Smart Infrastructure.

George McKinney, Director of Technology & Services at Invest NI, welcomed the latest investment.

“Anaeko has ambitious growth plans and Invest NI has worked closely with the business for a number of years to help support these ambitions, particularly in exploring export markets. This has helped the business achieve success through increasing its team and securing international contracts that have enabled it to strengthen its presence in our local technology sector and take advantage of rapidly growing areas, such as hybrid cloud integration.
