A range of companies based across the North West have confirmed a string of hires and promotions over the last seven days.
The likes of law firms, a data insight company and a marketing agency are among those who have made major moves.

The Armstrong Partnership
Chester-based B2B marketing agency The Armstrong Partnership has announced two new hires, taking its total headcount to 51.
Senior copywriter Paul Burns and content writer Phil Deeks have joined the team after senior designer and art director James McGregor was hired in August.

Pura
Chester-based eco-friendly baby care brand Pura has appointed former chief executive of Nichols plc as chair.
Marnie Millard, who headed up Nichols from 2013 to 2020, is a former president of the British Soft Drinks Association, chair of Marks Electrical Group, UA92, and Kidly. She is also non-executive director at Belvoir Farm and at Finsbury Food Group.
She said: "Pura has a great team led by a determined, talented founder.
"Sustainable, disruptive and growth businesses are where I like to work, and Pura ticks all the boxes as well as being a certified B Corp."
Forbes Solicitors
Forbes Solicitors has appointed Chris Bowers as a partner in Preston.

Mr Bowers, who completed his training at Forbes in 2000, re-joins the firm as head of the newly-formed insolvency team.
After his departure from Forbes in 2003 he worked as an insolvency specialist at Taylors and Stephensons, before managing his own legal recovery and insolvency firm, Goldsmith Bowers Solicitors.
He said: "The opportunity to return to Forbes Solicitors and help broaden their service offering was one I simply couldn’t refuse. The world has radically changed in the 19 years since I left.
"The current economic turbulence and uncertainty caused by recent world events and the spiralling cost-of-living crisis will undoubtedly have a huge impact on businesses across the board."
FW Capital
Manchester-based FW Capital has announced the appointment of Grant Peggie, a former director of venture capital solutions at the British Business Bank.

Gateley Legal
Gateley Legal has added to its construction team with the appointment of Andrew Harbourne as a partner at its Manchester office.
Mr Harbourne joins the team from his previous role as a partner at Wilkin Chapman Solicitors. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Cripps.
He said: "I am extremely pleased to be joining the Gateley Legal team in Manchester. After working alongside a few of the team members on previous schemes and having insight into the innovative business model, I knew it would be a great move."
SAS Daniels LLP
Law firm SAS Daniels LLP has appointed a quintet of conveyancing assistants and promoted a senior property lawyer to partner.
Steph Lyke has been promoted to partner in the residential conveyancing team after joining the firm as an associate in 2019.
She heads up a residential real estate team at the Chester office and specialises in working with brokers and IFAs across the 海角视频.
Jack Lawrenson-Leroux, Leon Gagnon, Danielle Jarrett, Shanae Byrne and Rebecca Stubbs have been appointed conveyancing assistants at the law firm.
Jack, Danielle and Leon will be based in Chester, Shanae in Macclesfield and Rebecca in Congleton.
Carr's Group
Carlisle-based Carr's Group has announced that Tim Jones will become its new non-executive chairman in February.
The agriculture and engineering group will succeed Peter Page in the role he has held since October 2021. Mr Page will become chief executive.
Since 2012, Mr Jones has served as non-executive chair of Treatt plc, the LSE-listed manufacturer of natural extracts and ingredients.
Ward Hadaway
Law firm Ward Hadaway has appointed 13 trainee solicitors and one solicitor apprentice.
A number of the trainees, who have been awarded a two-year training contract at the firm, will be based in Ward Hadaway's office in Manchester.
Caroline Jones, recruitment and emerging talent manager at the firm, said: "Our trainee programme is a key aspect of our people development strategy and aligned with our aim to recruit motivated, skilled and forward-thinking individuals with the right mix of competency, skills and attitude.

The Insights Family
Manchester-based The Insights Family has appointed Clive Maudsley as its managing director.
Founder Nick Richardson will be stepping down from his role of CEO to focus on overseeing the company’s marketing, product, and innovation efforts.
Mr Maudsley said: "I am delighted to be joining The Insights Family. There is no doubt that this business is already a global leader in many areas, and I look forward to using this as a starting point to establish the business in a class of one.
