Work to transform an historic Wiltshire brewery site into 102 new homes is to start within weeks.
Under the plans, the Grade II-listed former Wadworth site in Devizes will be turned into a development of studio and two-bedroom flats, and three- and four-bedroom houses.
Local developer Backhouse has said its scheme will include cycle storage, 130 parking spaces and electric vehicle charging points. It will also carry out planting and landscaping work along the canal as part of the development.
