The best in the west of Wales were honoured at the West Wales Business Awards
The top businesses in west Wales came together at the Stradey Park Hotel and Spa to honour the best businesses in the region.
The black tie event was hosted by TV presenter Fran Donovan and the event was opened by local choral group, Cor Lleisiau Hardd.
Guest speaker was Rod Lloyd from Low Cost Vans, who are one of the 海角视频鈥檚 leading providers of commercial vehicles. Mr Lloyd also appeared on Channel 4鈥檚 The Interview.
The big winner on the night was M&D Care, picked up the award for training and development as well as overall business.
The care business, which was founded in 2008, and pride themselves on providing a bespoke service.
The event sponsor was University of Wales Trinity Saint David. UWTSD Business lecturer Jessica Shore joined Swansea Evening Post, Carmarthen Journal and the Llanelli Star editor Jonathan Roberts, and Hayley Davies, Women in Business Awards 2019 woman of the decade winner, on the judging panel.
Mr Roberts said: 鈥淭he night was a huge success, it has cemented itself on the regions business calendar and is a great way to start the new year.
鈥淭he judging was tough and really showed the diversity in industries we have here, from tourism to manufacturing, and care for both children and the elderly.
鈥淢&D Care has been a real success story and we fully expect to hear more from them over the coming the years.鈥
