Six high streets across the West Midlands are to share in a funding pot worth almost £76 million to boost businesses and improve centres for residents and visitors.
Among the plans are a new digital creative hub and revitalised office space in Leamington Spa and new public space with food and drink businesses and entertainment area in Nuneaton.
The funding allocation was provisionally announced at Christmas but has now been confirmed by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
It has been awarded to Leamington Spa (£10million), Newcastle-Under-Lyme (£11 million), Nuneaton (£13.3 million), Stafford (£14.3 million), Walsall (£11.4 million) and Wolverhampton (£15.7 million).
The six towns and cities are among 72 across England to share in £831 million from the Government's Future High Streets Fund.

The £1 billion fund was launched in 2018 with the aim of revamping town centres to create vibrant places to live, work and shop and entice businesses and visitors to them.
Four other West Midlands locations - Brierley Hill, Kidderminster, Tamworth and Worcester - received confirmed capital worth £70 million from the Future High Streets Fund at Christmas.
It will be used on projects such as preserving Tamworth's market town heritage and renovating the Scala Theatre and Corn Exchange in Worcester.
Local Growth Minister Luke Hall said: "Over £146 million from the Future High Streets Fund for towns in the West Midlands will create new opportunities for people living in the region.
"Leamington Spa's digital hub and performance space and Nuneaton's new public entertainment space will become focal points for creativity in the region as well as spaces for locals to gather and enjoy their town centres.
"This funding will help ensure areas across the West Midlands remain great places to live, work and visit."
This latest funding round comes in the same week that the next phase of the Government's road map out of the coronavirus pandemic came into force.
Hospitality venues can now host guests indoors while cinemas can re-open and group fitness classes and games can take place inside.
