Tivoli garden maintenance lands £1million deal with Guinness Partnership affordable housing

The five-year contract covers Bristol, Wiltshire, Bath, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Mendip, Swindon and Sedgemoor

A garden maintenance company has signed a £1million contract with a social and affordable housing provider in the South West.

Tivoli Group has agreed a five-year contract to look after 87 Guinness Partnership sites in Bristol, Wiltshire, Bath and North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Mendip, Swindon and Sedgemoor local authority areas.

The deal will see Tivoli responsible for gardening, maintaining green areas, litter removal, weed and plant removal, tree maintenance and bulk waste collection and disposal at all the sites.

Rick Francis, chair of Tivoli,said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured this prestigious contract with the Guinness Partnership. 

“We understand the importance of service excellence within the housing association sector and we will prioritise the delivery of appropriate and flexible resources, together with innovation to provide a valuable service to the communities.

“Our goal is to provide Guinness Partnership residents with grounds and outdoor spaces of which they can be proud.”

Laura Branthwaite, national estates contract manager at Guinness Partnership, added: “We are delighted that Tivoli have been awarded the contract to oversee the grounds maintenance services for our properties across the South West.

“We look forward to working with them to ensure the grounds are maintained to the highest standard, so that our customers can live in pleasant surroundings and be able to enjoy the green space.”
