2014 was a very busy for Birmingham's commercial and residential property sectors as house prices rose while finally took vital steps forward.

The luxury end of the residential market was no different as a host of weird and wonderful property was brought to the market including the the MP at the heart of one of the biggest political scandals ever to hit the º£½ÇÊÓƵ government.

Also brought forward was the former Debenhams warehouse in Holloway Head which was deemed worthy of the Carbuncle Cup award for awful property by one city councillor.

It will eventually offer a mix of different sized flats with penthouse apartments upwards of £675,000.

Also in Worcestershire - a veritable wine lover's nirvana as it houses a tall, round store capable of holding 700 bottles.
