Signature Living: The latest on each project following weeks of trouble for Lawrence Kenwright's firm

Multiple companies within the Signature Living hotel group have fallen into administration over the past six weeks following a perfect storm caused by the coronavirus shutdown and struggles to finish major projects.

BusinessLive believes six companies within the group are now in the hands of administrators - the latest being Signature Living Coal Exchange Limited - the vehicle behind .

Mr Kenwright and his group have been forced to call in administrators to other well-known projects such as the Shankly Hotel in Liverpool.

Perhaps Signature's best-known hotel and dedicated to LFC legend Bill Shankly, it was announced in May 2019 that Mr Kenwright for a combined figure of £51m - allowing the company to "fuel major expansion plans" around the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ.

Last month, the Shankly became the first company in the group to go into administration.
