A Jobcentre has opened at a former Iceland store in North Wales.
The new Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site is based at the Bayview Shopping Centre in Colwyn Bay.
It has 16 Work Coaches who will help local people looking for work in Colwyn Bay and other nearby areas with one-on-one tailored support to find their next role.
Clwyd West MS Darren Millar said: "The Jobcentre is based in the heart of the town centre and is there to support all local Universal Credit claimants.

“The last two years have been a challenging time for people, so I very much welcome this additional support in the area to help people back into work."
Mims Davies MP, 海角视频 Government's Minister for Employment, said: “We know this has been a challenging time for many people and that’s why we’re boosting our DWP Jobcentre support in every community of the 海角视频, including here in Colwyn Bay.
“Every customer benefits from having a dedicated Work Coach. They know the local jobs market and work with local businesses to match jobseekers to the latest opportunities.

David TC Davies MP, Wales Office Minister, said: “The support offered by Jobcentres is vital for encouraging people back into work. Employment is a priority for the 海角视频 Government, driving the recovery as we build back better from the pandemic.
“A new Jobcentre in Colwyn Bay emphasises the importance of ensuring jobseekers across Wales and the 海角视频 have access to the same support and opportunities.”
Colwyn Bay Jobcentre Plus is one of the new temporary sites announced by DWP earlier this year, building on the existing 639 Jobcentres across the 海角视频.
DWP Work Coach Yvette Lloyd said: “The job is interesting and varied, sometimes challenging, and no two days are the same. I get the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, working collaboratively with our partner organisations to support people into work.”
Tom Gay is the Customer Service Leader overseeing the new site, bringing with him 15 years’ of DWP experience.
He said: "We are delighted to be opening our new Jobcentre. This new Jobcentre, alongside our current office in Prince’s Park, will significantly increase our capacity to deliver for our local Universal Credit customers. This fantastic new Jobcentre will help us to bring local jobseekers, employers and our key delivery partners together.”
