Tour de France professional Richie Porte will open the 2015 Cycle Show at the NEC next month.
The Australian is a member of the Team Sky outfit which supported Britain's Chris Froome in both of his victories in the tour in 2013 and 2015.
He will launch the three-day event on September 25 and then join Tour de France reporter Ned Boulting for a live Q&A session later in the day.
Other cycling stars who will be appearing include Jens Voigt, Sean Kelly and Stephen Roche while around 280 exhibitors are expected to showcasing their wares.
Here are ten other things to look out for during this year's Cycle Show:
1) New bikes for 2016
As autumn approaches, manufacturers start to look towards next year and will use the event to show customers what they could be riding in 2016.
2) Take a test ride

A large selection of the bikes will be available for visitors to put through their paces on traffic-free tracks dedicated to road, mountain and electric bikes.
3) Meet some pros
Some familiar faces from the cycling world will again be at the show including long-distance specialist Josh Ibbett and mountain bike trails rider Martyn Ashton alongside the aforementioned Porte, Voigt, Kelly and Roche.
4) Cyclocross races
Take part in, or just watch, some cyclocross which has enjoyed a resurgence in recent years. Last year saw the debut of cyclocross at The Cycle Show so it returns on September 26 with an expanded program of races.
5) Freestyle dirt jump competition
The competition returns again and this year the line-up of freestyle dirt jumpers will include Sam Pilgrim.

6) Latest tech
As well as bike manufacturers, the show has some of the most popular names in cycling clothing, maintenance and nutrition. Visitors will also be able to see the latest in safety technology and security and training aids.
7) The Stage
The focal point of many events, this is where the celebrities and star riders will be interviewed and experts will be handing out tips on food and bike maintenance or describing what it's like to take part in an elite race.
8) Electric Bikes
A special area will be dedicated to this genre of bikes which has been growing in popularity in recent years, especially with commuters.
9) Something for the kids
A number of children's bike manufacturers will be on hand including Strider, Kiddimoto and Pedibal. They cater for budding cyclists from aged two and visitors will be able to see bikes, accessories and helmets as well as have the chance to try out the test track.
10) Eating out
The Tour of Britain Café will be on hand to serve food and drink, including real ale, throughout the day where customers can watch the race highlights and rub shoulders with the stars from one of Britain's top road races.
