Property firm Wise Living and developer Countryside have agreed a partnership to deliver a new £30m housing scheme that will deliver almost 100 homes on the northern edge of Bristol.

The build-to-rent development will form part of a huge new neighbourhood planned for land around the Cribbs Causeway area.

Some around 50 hectares of employment land, open spaces and infrastructure including a dedicated MetroBus route are planned for the project - known as the Cribbs Patchway New Neighbourhood (CPNN) - over the coming years.

Wise Living and Countryside said the deal - completed in just under six weeks - would help provide a total of 97 homes, including a mix of one-to-four-bed properties.

Nottingham-based Wise Living, which will manage and maintain the properties one they are completed, said the agreement formed part of its expansion plans for the South West, where it aims to secure more than 500 build-to-rent homes, to support a target of building 2,000 homes a year nationally.
