Plans for 600 new homes in Goole have been submitted.
Award-winning East Yorkshire housebuilder Beal Homes is building on the emerging first phase of the long-term £150 million The Greenways development, which began in 2020.
It is one of the largest residential regeneration schemes in decades, featuring a range of two, three and four-bedroom units.

The reserved matters planning application submitted to East Riding officials also covers the landscaping, public open spaces and associated works, off Rawcliffe Road.
Outline planning permission is already in place and approval for the detailed plans would give the go-ahead for work to start.
A site of around 2.7 acres suitable for a potential primary school has been included in the proposed layout of the development, with a pedestrian and cycle route through the site and a new public right of way around the perimeter.

More than 100 homes have been sold, with more than half now occupied on the initial element of the 73-acre site.
Beal said the development will play a key role in meeting the strong need and demand for high quality new housing in the port town, helping support the creation of hundreds of jobs by the likes of Siemens Mobility and Croda.
The Greenways is the biggest single development in the family-owned company’s history, with the company pressing on with a new headquarters at Hessle as it scales up.
Mr Beal has also become a member of the Goole Town Deal Board, which has brought together public sector organisations and major businesses to secure and direct investment in the town.
