The first phase of the project to transform Liverpool's famous Tobacco Warehouse is now complete, with homeowners now beginning to move into their new properties.
Developer Stanley Dock Properties said it has now finished work on as part of the 拢130m regeneration of the massive waterfront building.
The firm said over half of the 550 new homes have either been sold or reserved at the scheme - the largest heritage-to-residential building conversion in 海角视频 history, which will also include a range of commercial and leisure facilities.
Pat Power, director at Stanley Dock Properties, said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e thrilled to be welcoming the first residents to the Tobacco Warehouse, as this stunning piece of Liverpool鈥檚 heritage takes on a new role in the life of the city.

鈥淲ith more than half of our first wave of new apartments now sold, we鈥檙e seeing particularly strong interest from owner occupiers and empty nesters who want to experience city living in an environment that blends modem luxury with stunning period features.
鈥淭he Tobacco Warehouse has been a fixture of Liverpool鈥檚 skyline for generations. As we continue to bring new areas of this historic building back to life, it has a bright future at the centre of one of the most exciting areas of Liverpool鈥檚 dockland renaissance, alongside Liverpool Waters and Everton鈥檚 new waterfront stadium.鈥
Located at Stanley Dock and built in 1901, the Grade II-listed building is the world鈥檚 largest brick warehouse and was originally used to store shipments of tobacco when the Port of Liverpool鈥檚 trading was at its peak.

In recent years, the 1.4 m sq ft building has been featured in Hollywood blockbusters and TV series including Captain America, Sherlock Holmes and most recently Peaky Blinders.
The developer, which is also behind the adjacent Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse, said the first new homeowners have now moved into their properties with more due to join in the coming months.
It added that most buyers at the site, close to Everton's future Bramley Moore Dock home are owner-occupiers and empty-nesters
Other amenities at the site will include an inner courtyard garden, entrance lobby, and up to 100,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space on the ground floor.
