Mr Kerr will continue as Managing Partner in the merged firm, with Simon Baxter remaining as head of the firm’s impressive Real Estate team and Gary Black carrying on his role as head of the firm’s nine-strong Corporate and Commercial team.
The new firm will continue to provide a wide range of legal services including Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Employment law for a growing number of Ƶ clients.
