New plans have been revealed for a 拢36.6m "luxury" student living scheme, containing hundreds of rooms and facilities including a sky lounge, private dining room and fitness studio.
Niveda Realty has said its 'Bowline' project will be located on Renshaw Street on the edge of the city's Knowledge Quarter, and will offer "community-driven and beautifully designed student accommodation".
The scheme on Renshaw Street was previously , with similar plans by NR Capricornus having been approved back in 2019. The project has now been revamped by Niveda, which owns Capricornus.
It will feature 47 self-contained studios and 357 en-suite 'cluster' rooms, with communal facilities also including a karaoke room and cinema room.

Niveda said a range of social and study spaces will help to create the ideal 鈥渉ome away from home鈥 for residents, bringing an "extra level of sophistication to聽student聽living".

The firm hopes students will start moving in for the start of the 2021/22 academic year, and said it has appointed Prestige Student Living, a brand from accommodation provider Homes for Students, to handle the operations.
