A new cocktail bar is set to open in Walsall town centre next month.
MV Leisure has agreed a deal to let a ground floor unit at 47-55 Bridge Street which used to house Goldliner bookmakers.
The firm is currently transforming the 3,766 sq ft unit into a 'Makoto' bar which is due to open in the last week of May.

Letting agency for the unit Bond Wolfe has agreed an eight-year lease with MV Leisure.
Managing partner James Mattin said: "We are delighted to have finally completed the deal to MV Leisure.
"We had been in talks for a while and, having finally secured planning permission, major investment will go into this substantial unit.
"I am excited to see the finished product and this will provide a fresh destination for customers in the town centre.
"Walsall town centre has suffered during the recent downturn but there is definite signs of life and improvement and this deal is testament to that."
