The Birmingham office of international accountancy firm has raised 拢1,201 for Sunfield children鈥檚 charity.
It follows an afternoon tea event at attended by around 70 female clients and contacts.
Business adviser and tax specialist Adele Raiment said: 鈥淚t was a brilliant occasion 鈥 an opportunity for everyone to get together and meet like-minded individuals to drink tea, eat cake and raise money for a fantastic cause.鈥欌
Based in Clent, Sunfield is an independent residential special school supporting boys and girls, aged 6-19, with complex learning needs, including autism. It has been helping children for over 80 years.
Ms Raiment explained: 鈥淏y getting to know each child, and tailoring services to their needs, Sunfield makes a meaningful difference 鈥 often when children have been unable to thrive elsewhere.
鈥淚ts vision is a world where people with complex needs and autism succeed and flourish.鈥
Birmingham partner Ian Holder said: 鈥淢azars鈥 Birmingham office has raised 拢7,385 since June through CSR activities and donations from the Birmingham Charity Pot for a range of causes including St Mary鈥檚 Hospice, PAPYRUS, Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and many more.
鈥淎s well as raising money for these causes staff members regularly volunteer their time to different charities such as an event at The Birmingham Dogs Home coming up in January.鈥
