West Midlands Mayor Richard Parker is unveiling his plan aimed at rebooting the region's economy, raising living standards and putting an extra £8,600 back into the pockets of working people.
The 'West Midlands Growth Plan' claims it will create 100,000 jobs in fast-growing industries, improve public transport and build 120,000 homes.
The plan also sets out actions to reduce poverty and deprivation and make further progress towards net zero, adding £17 billion to the West Midlands' economy.

There will be more support for business leaders and entrepreneurs and backing for workers while towns and cities will receive investment into their high streets.
The growth plan has highlighted five key industries with growth potential - advanced engineering, clean tech and energy, health and medical tech, digital and the creative industries and professional and financial services.
Mayor Parker said: "The West Midlands is full of untapped talent and potential. We've got brilliant people, proud communities and a legacy of invention and industry.
