A Greater Manchester commercial property development is almost fully let just a year after being completed.
Rochdale Council's Logic development at Kingsway Business Park has welcomed 3D printing specialist Addisol, which will take a five-year lease in a 4,677sq ft industrial unit.
The firm has recently ramped up production of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the NHS and other customers.
Addisol will initially employ six people on site, with ambitions to increase staffing to 24 over the next two years.
The Logic site, adjacent to junction 21 of the M62, is managed by Rochdale Development Agency on behalf of the council.

Councillor John Blundell, an RDA board member and Rochdale Council cabinet member for Regeneration, said: “This is another scoop for Logic, which is fully justifying the council’s investment in the scheme and the work of the RDA to deliver it.”
Logic is a new development of 11 industrial units, with six now occupied, and three under offer. Two further units are still available.
Addisol will spend the next six months focusing on the production of PPE to help in the fight against Covid-19.
It supplies protective face shields for the NHS through a distribution deal with a number of NHS suppliers across the 海角视频.
The expert team behind Addisol had previously helped set up a national network of 3D printing specialists that currently supplies the NHS with 4,500 protective masks a day.
Addisol director Mason Rowbottom said: “We’re delighted to open our central 3D hub at Logic which will allow us to continue supplying much-needed PPE to the NHS and other organisations as frontline staff battle the coronavirus epidemic.
