Llangollen hospitality group plans Wrexham restaurant as work also starts on hotel revamp

A Welsh hospitality group is set to open a new North Wales restaurant and has started enabling works on a hotel redevelopment.

One Hundred Knights - which runs Llangollen venues Tyn Dwr Hall, Three Eagles Bar & Grill and is redeveloping The Royal Hotel - is due to open a new restaurant this autumn.

The new eating place will be in the Wrexham area with more details due to the released in the next couple of weeks.

One Hundred Knights MD Matt Jones said: “There are big plans happening.

“The silver lining to what has been a tough year is future growth.

“Our new restaurant will be based around a basic philosophy of ‘the best of home grown produce and British cooking’.

“We want our diners to feel a sense of nostalgia for our classic British dishes, which we’ll deliver with a contemporary edge.
