Linden Homes to build almost 300 properties in Exeter

Chudleigh and Pinhoe are earmarked for the new homes

Two areas of Exeter are set to grow thanks to two new developments being undertaken by Linden Homes.

One site in Chudleigh, The Oaks, will see 229 new homes erected, which includes 11 self-build plots.

Two, three and four bedroom homes will be built and will feature areas where food can be grown by residents, two play areas, a natural habitat and plenty of open space.

The development will be easily accessible from the A38 and M5 despite being in a picturesque countryside location.

Linden Homes is also building Pen Hill Gardens, a smaller development of 62 characterful homes which will have Juliet balconies and bay windows.

These will be built near the sought-after-area of Exeter known as Pinhoe. It will be close to Exeter's corporate district but the three, four and five bed homes will have areas of open space and excellent road, rail and cycle links.

Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “In addition to these two new developments we’ll also be launching the latest phase at Tithe Barn in Exeter.

"The properties are part of the Linden Collection, the company’s new signature range of homes, following extensive consultation with architects, technicians and customers. It’s certainly a busy time for us and we’re looking forward to opening these beautiful new sites.
