A Derby law firm has been announced as the headline sponsor of the city and county’s activities at a global property event due to take place next year.
Smith Partnership has signed up to sponsor Derby and Derbyshire’s presence at the annual MIPIM commercial property fair, which next year is due to take place in Cannes, in the south of France, from March 10 to 13.
MIPIM gathers more than 26,000 of the most influential players from all sectors of the international property industry for four days of networking, learning and transaction through events, conferences and dedicated exhibition zones.

A combination of public and private sector partners will join members of inward investment agency Marketing Derby in 2020 as part of a joint city and county delegation.
According to Smith Partnership, which has its head office in Norman House, Friar Gate, it sees its MIPIM sponsorship as a key component in how it can play an active role in improving Derby and Derbyshire.

At MIPIM 2020, Team Derby and Derbyshire will once again be part of the Midlands 海角视频 Pavilion.
Marketing Derby will also once again be staging its popular Marketing Derby Embassy @ MIPIM event, shining the spotlight on the city and county with a line-up of keynote speeches and networking opportunities.

At this year’s Embassy event, Marketing Derby premiered its new film ‘Capital for Innovation’, which provided an insight into what makes the city tick and how its skyline is changing.
