A former information point erected in the in 1997 is to be relocated to Sutton Coldfield.
The Jewellery Quarter Information Point, in Warstone Lane in front of the Big Peg office building, was opened by Prince Charles following a competition among students from the Prince of Wales Institute of Architecture.

The pavilion building has a distinctive copper roof and was originally designed as a visitor centre to house information on local businesses, events and places of interest in the Jewellery Quarter.
It has been carefully dismantled and will be relocated next to developer Corstone's existing marquee development in Sutton Coldfield.
Director Gerald Pountney said: "We are very pleased to have helped save the pavilion and, given the connection with Prince Charles, to be bringing it to a prominent site in the Royal Borough of Sutton Coldfield."
The Birmingham office property company Fleurets, based in the quarter's St Paul's Square, is sole letting agency for the pavilion.
Director Paul Newby added: "This is a very interesting outdoor retailing opportunity in a busy part of the town centre."
