The Midlands branch of The Investment Property Forum (IPF) held a panel discussion on the outlook for the commercial property sector at Barclays’ Latitude Club at One Snowhill in Birmingham.
Chaired by Philip Nell, head of real return funds in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ at LaSalle, the panel included Tim Legge from Tritax, Tom Goodwin from Aviva Investors, Justin Upton from M&G Real Estate, and Andrew Berger-North from Hammerson.
Pam Craddock, research director at the IPF, also gave a presentation on the IPF’s latest º£½ÇÊÓƵ consensus forecasts report.
More than 50 people attended the event.
