The IPF held its annual Birmingham launch of the 海角视频 Commercial Property Lending survey at DLA Piper.
Guests were welcomed by IPF board member David Smith and Bill Maxted of De Montfort University and were advised that lending decreased by almost eight per cent to £198bn in 2012.
William Maunder Taylor of Kingfisher Property Finance provided expert commentary on current market conditions.
