Integra Buildings has been named Contractor of the Year at the annual Offsite Awards - recognised as the 鈥極scars鈥 of the emerging construction sector.
The East Yorkshire firm has been recognised for the outstanding success of the company鈥檚 biggest project to date 鈥 a state-of-the-art training academy for Severn Trent Water.
Officially opened by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in May, it provides a purpose-built centre of excellence for technical training as part of a 拢10m programme delivering training for 7,000 staff, as well as thousands of members of the community.

Severn Trent, which serves eight million people across the Midlands, has described the building as 鈥渁n amazing space in which to learn鈥.
Judges praised Integra鈥檚 seamless relationship with the supply chain and highlighted the effective use of cutting-edge digital technology.
Gary Parker, Integra鈥檚 managing director, paid tribute to his 鈥渙utstanding鈥 team and suppliers after the team collected the accolade at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
He said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e honoured to be presented with such a prestigious award in front of leaders from around the industry.

Integra, the last Large Business of the Year winner of the Hull Live Business Awards when last held as a physical event, was also shortlisted for Education Project of the Year, while Severn Trent, was nominated for Client of the Year. Another of Integra鈥檚 major projects, the Springhead Park Primary School, in Northfleet, Kent, was recognised too. Bond Bryan, the architects who designed the striking and distinctive building, won the award for Best Use of Volumetric Technology.
The accolades come at an exciting time for Integra as it embarks on a major expansion of its base in Paull, near Hull, which is key to the management鈥檚 ambitions to double revenues to 拢60 million within three years.
