鈥淭he atmosphere on the route of the Great Birmingham Run was exceptional and in particular the noise generated by spectators along Broad Street was remarkable,鈥 said Mr Hart.

鈥淲e stage Great Run events all over the 海角视频 and we all felt that the Great Birmingham Run spectators made the most noise of all. Well done Birmingham!

鈥淭he spirit of the Great Birmingham Run was perfectly demonstrated by the Lord Mayor who, having set runners on their way, stripped down to his running gear and took part himself.

鈥淗e set a great example and he has already signed up to run the Great Birmingham 10k next May and the half marathon next October.鈥
