General Election 2015: Dudley South to be close fight between Labour and Conservatives

Bookmakers are predicting a close fight between Labour and Conservatives in the seat being vacated by Chris Kelly

 

Dudley South MP Chris Kelly is quitting Parliament after the General Election – and nobody seems to know which party will secure the seat.

Mr Kelly secured the seat from with more than 43 per cent of the votes in 2010 but will serve only one term.

Dudley councillor Mike Wood has been chosen as the candidate in 2015 and the bookies can’t split him and Labour’s Natasha Millward as the most likely winner. Ladbrokes make both 11/10 against to secure the seat.
