The Post has looked at bookies’ odds for 25 seats around Birmingham and the Black Country, which suggest Labour will take the and seats from the in the .

It is not all bad news for the Tories though, with three bookmakers suggesting is a strong favourite to secure the seat from Liberal Democrat Lorely Burt.
The region’s other Lib Dem seat – – is projected to be one of the country’s closest battles, with bookmakers unable to split incumbent John Hemming and Labour challenger Jess Phillips.
They also can’t pick a winner in , the seat being vacated by Tory Chris Kelly, with Labour and the Conservatives both given the same odds.
is not projected to win any seats this year but pollsters and bookies both agree Nigel Farage’s party will make major gains in many Black Country seats.
If the bookies are correct, Labour will secure 18 of the 25 seats around the region, with the Tories securing five and the remaining two too-close-to-call.
