GBR Phoenix Beard wins brief to find Mailbox tenants

Office team will jointly market new grade A space which is being developed as part of wider £50m revamp for mixed-use complex

The task of finding occupiers for the new grade A office space at has been handed to Birmingham-based property consultancy

Simon Samuels from Brockton Capital said: "These offices represent a prime opportunity for occupiers to be located in the heart of one of Birmingham's most vibrant mixed-use destinations and we want to ensure that we are fully exploring conversations with possible occupiers from all sectors.

"To that end, we have brought specialist office agent GBR Phoenix Beard on board and, together with we have two market-leading agents in place with the extensive experience and industry knowledge required to find the right occupiers for this statement office space.

Among The Mailbox's incumbent tenants are the BBC, Network Rail and Associated Architects.
