Two industrial property assets in the West Midlands have been placed on the market as part of a wider disposal worth upwards of £215 million.
Real estate adviser has launched the sale of the 'Ocean Portfolio', which comprises 12 sites including a large distribution unit on Swift Park,
In addition, it has also placed the 1.75m sq ft Fradley Park, in on the market.

DTZ said it was acting on behalf of DTZ Receivers and the Ocean Portfolio had a quoting price of £215 million.
The other 11 sites in the portfolio are in Gateshead, Leeds, York, North Wales, Bolton and Lincoln.
The Ocean Portfolio and Fradley have a combined annual rent roll of £15.6 million.
Charles Howard, Tim Cameron-Jones and Jason Winfield from DTZ are advising on the portfolio, which is principally made up of multi-let, prime logistics and manufacturing units, with a blend of smaller asset management and development opportunities.
