North Wales developer Castle Property Investment Holdings has completed construction of business units at Bryn Cefni Industrial Estate in Llangefni.
The development known as Llangefni Trade Park, off Industrial Estate Road, has already attracted two pre-lets to Screwfix & and completed a letting to Concept Spa Ltd.
The £2.3m scheme received over £812,000 grant funding from the Welsh Government’s Property Infrastructure Fund which is supported by the EU, and procured via Sell2Wales.

It was designed and built by R L Davies & Sons and neighbouring occupiers include Lidl, Jewson, ATS and Huws Gray.
Mark Diaper, associate director at Legat Owen, joint agent for the scheme with Williams and Goodwin, said: “We have had strong interest from the outset, securing pre-lets on half of the floorspace and, with the remaining units already under offer, we are confident the scheme will be fully occupied in the coming weeks.”

The development comprises a total of 19,123 sq ft (1,776.6 sq m) in eight new trade counter units ranging in size from 1,987 sq ft (184.6 sq m) to approx. 2,500 sq ft (232 sq m).
Screwfix and ToolStation have each taken two units, 4,586 sq ft and 4,771 sq ft respectively and are now open. Concept Spa have taken 2,652 sq ft.
Screwfix was advised by Colliers International and ToolStation was represented by Adept Consultancy.
