The British Business Bank has revealed the full regional breakdown of its coronavirus funding to businesses across the 海角视频.
The Government launched the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) and the Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS) to help companies through the pandemic and lockdown.
London and the South East are the biggest recipients of funding - but the bank says "the proportion of overall loans in each of the nine English regions and three devolved nations matches closely their respective share of the 海角视频 business population".
The East of England has the highest usage of CBILS outside London and the South East, while the North West saw the highest usage of BBLS outside London and the South East with some 11% of the total funding.
Other regions of England showing strong use of BBLS include the East of England (10%) West Midlands (8%), South West (8%), Yorkshire and the Humber (7%) and the East Midlands (6%).
